Bill Collet Launches Cooperative cialis price and Renewable Financing Firm

Kansas City, Missouri, November 13, 2009.  Bill Collet is pleased to viagra usa announce the November 1st launch of Collet & Associates, a Kansas City based financial advisory firm providing investment banking services to energy and infrastructure clients.  Collet commented, “Collet & Associates will focus on the electric cooperative network, a practice I have developed through over 50 client engagements in the last 20 years.”

Collet & Associates believes that a dedicated firm of professionals is required to meet the challenges  facing electric cooperatives today.  The firm will concentrate on strategic acquisitions of generation, transmission and distribution assets by cooperatives, the development and financing of utility-scale renewable energy generation facilities, financing alternatives for energy efficiency and conservation programs, and innovative alternatives for financing growing industry capital requirements.

Collet continued, “I am especially pleased that Collet & Associates is launching with several important engagements, including the continuation of advisory services for Cloverland Electric’s acquisition of the Edison Sault Electric Company from Wisconsin Energy Corporation”.  The transaction, announced on October 29, 2009, was initiated by Collet in his predecessor firm and represents the continuation of a model for electric cooperative acquisitions that he has developed over his 20 year investment banking career.

Commenting on the Cloverland acquisition, Collet said, “This deal achieves tremendous economies of scale in a rising cost environment. Electric cooperatives must continue to innovate to keep their electric rates affordable for their member-owners.  The combination of two adjacent territories provides for increased cost synergies, improved reliability, and enhanced local control of the consumers’ energy company”.
